Author Guidelines

Author Guidelines: Legal Advice Journal

Thank you for your consideration in submitting your work to our law journal. To ensure the submission and publication process runs smoothly, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Scope and Focus

 Our journal covers a wide range of legal topics. Submissions must contribute original research, analysis, or commentary within the legal field. We welcome articles on domestic, international, comparative, and interdisciplinary legal issues.

Originality

All submissions must be original work that has not been previously published and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Any sources or previous works cited must be appropriately credited.

Format Requirements

Title

- The title is written in capital letters at the beginning of the word, the book font is Antiqua Bold (16pt) and the number is no more than 14 words, not in italics (except foreign languages)

Abstract

- Written in Indonesian. Font Book Antiqua (10 pt) Italic with a word count of around 150-200 words. This abstract must contain a brief description of the problem, research objectives, methods used and research results.

Contents

-The word count of the article ranges from 5000 – 15000 words, including title, identity, abstract, article contents and bibliography (attachments not included). Introduction composition (10 – 15) % of the total article page, and typed with 1 space, body text using book antiqua font (11pt), regular, space 1. before 0 pt, after 0 pt

   - Manuscripts must be typed in Antiqua font, size 12, double spaced, with 1 inch margins.

   - Use footnotes rather than endnotes for citations.

   - Follow the citation style guidelines specified by the journal (e.g., Bluebook, APA, MLA).

   - Submissions must be in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).

Author Information

 Include a separate title page with the following information:

   - Author's full name

   - Affiliate

   - Contact information (email address, telephone number, mailing address)

   - Short biographical statement (50-100 words per author)

Review Process

Submissions will go through a peer review process with a double-blind system. Ensure that manuscripts are anonymized to facilitate unbiased review. Avoid including any information in the text or footnotes that could reveal the author's identity.

Ethical Considerations

Authors are expected to adhere to the highest standards of academic integrity and ethics. Any potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed at the time of submission.

Delivery Procedure

 Manuscripts must be sent electronically via the journal's online submission system or by email to the editorial office at [email address]. Include "Submission: [Manuscript Title]" in the email subject.

Copyright and Permissions

The author retains copyright to his work but grants the journal first publication rights. If the manuscript includes copyrighted material, the author is responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for reproduction.

Response Time

Authors can expect to receive confirmation of receipt of submission within [specify time range]. The review process usually takes [specify time frame], after which the author will be notified of the editorial decision.

Publication Schedule

Accepted manuscripts will be published in future issues of the journal according to the editorial calendar. Authors will receive proofs for review prior to publication.
